• Available only for pincodes in and around Gorakhpur — the option appears automatically at checkout when your pincode qualifies
• Order now and your toys arrive the same day through our local delivery partner
• Delivery is completely FREE — no delivery charge, nothing to pay at the doorstep
• Payment for the order is confirmed on WhatsApp after you place it

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
• Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next working day
• You'll get a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier

• Metro cities: 3–7 business days
• Other locations: 5–10 business days
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability

• We deliver to every serviceable pin code across India
• Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take 5–10 business days
• International shipping is not available at this time

• A tracking link is sent to your registered email and mobile number once your order is dispatched
• You can also track your shipment using the AWB number on our logistics partner's website

• Our courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts. After that, the package is returned to us
• For returned parcels, you can request a re-delivery (additional shipping charges apply) or a refund of the product value excluding the original delivery fee

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you accept such a package from the courier, we cannot take responsibility for damages, missing items, or incorrect shipments.
