Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Sat). Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday ship the next working day.

Most pin codes receive their order in 3–5 business days. Remote locations can take up to 7 days. You will get a tracking link as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

Orders totalling ₹199 or more ship completely free. Below that, a flat ₹60 shipping fee applies — clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

Every serviceable pin code in India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pin codes — select it at checkout if you would rather pay on arrival.

Each plushie is wrapped in protective plastic and packed in a sturdy corrugated box so it arrives fluffy and ready to hug — not flattened.
