7-day return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The toy must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact. Hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned once opened.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item. We will share a return address and arrange a pickup where available. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you received the wrong toy, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it free of charge — no return shipping cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as clearance, customised/personalised plushies, and keychains bought in bulk cannot be returned for hygiene and stocking reasons.
